When I joined, I thought it would be a normal training program where we would see PowerPoint presentations and learn in the usual way. But it wasn’t like that at all. There were exercises, quizzes, role plays, and different scenarios to work through. In addition, there was a Train the Trainer component, as we were being prepared to become instructors ourselves.
The instructor ensured that everyone presented. On the second day, we were asked to give a five-minute presentation. He gave constructive feedback — not just positive points, but also what needed improvement and how to improve it. That balance was extremely helpful.
When I later gave my training presentation, the change was drastic. Not only others, but even I could see the improvement. By the time you present, you feel confident. After four days of training, I genuinely felt that yes, I can do this — I can be an instructor.
Overall, this agency is doing a truly outstanding job. They deserve high praise for raising standards and setting the bar higher. The instructor is excellent, the facilities are good, and the training materials are well-prepared. In fact, this is the first training where we received materials from the very first day, allowing us to understand what to expect and what we were going to learn.
There was also an element of surprise — outdoor exercises, indoor activities, and hands-on learning throughout. We learned many things that cannot usually be taught in just four days.
I would strongly recommend this training institution. The instructors are excellent, the people are supportive, and the coordination is very good — including assistance with logistics like transportation. A big round of applause to the entire team. Thank you
